Careful guy, you got active disease, pred can be brutal make sure your sleeping. Dude just do SCD, you already cook and have money for whole paycheck, you'll be in remission for the rest of your life in like two years max.
Thanks. Yes I cannot come down too fast or adrenals wont ramp up when needed and I will flare again. It was getting unhealthy - 25mg feels much better. Worked 2-5:00 am but slept like a baby for an hour till 6:00 and back at it.
Teammate is in India so I am doing everything right now and there is a lot to do.

I try to do SCD merged with RS, however I have many cheats right now, Bryers no lactose ice cream, almond muffins and coffee, and sugary natural yogurt.
As pred drops those will need to get really small or go to zero.
Going to play it 'smart' after this and go for long term remission. Had eggs this morning with swiss cheese and threw some Navy beans in. Psyllium fiber and seed powder and Wheat grass all need to staples in the SCD+RS diet.
Need to remove the hawaiian juice drink C-monster with passion and whey protein crushed ice - great hydration but huge sugar load.
