For awhile now I ave been trying to find a gentle way of increasing my fiber intake. I don't want to do it medicinally because I really don't need that much. While out of town a couple weeks ago, I had a small bowl of Special K Red Berry cereal. I had no ill side effects, so I started eating a regular bowl each morning. After a few days, I purchased the Cinnamon Pecan version.
I have had the most glorious bms each morning for the last week! Initially, I had some bloating, but my body is adjusting.
I may be just healing and it has nothing to do with the cereal, but in case it does, I wanted to throw it out there.
