RS diet navy beans, Vitamin A was recently found to control gut inflammation
nightly I make grass fed beef with chili, add to steamed chopped brocoli/caggabe/spinach
wheatgrass is good too, this is working, I stopped RS diet and flared but down from 70mg pred to 20mg in just weeks because this food heals me. I am on a blood thinner yet doing fine. Eating plenty of yogurt and fruit juice with whey protein and ground oats. Seems the power food outweighs the comfort food, downtown I eat one apple fritter and one big cinnamin swirl every day. Vitamin A and Navy beans is so effective.
