I cut out all wheat, gluten and sugar for 5 days. I was amazed at how I kept to strict diet of veggies, fruit and meat. Normally I'm a sugar junkie who likes my white bread. However in the last couple of days my anxiety has gone off the charts, im getting panic attacks and i havent slept the last 2 nights. I'm irritable, with brain fog and agressive thoughts when the anxiety comes on. My heart is racing at times. I have no real digestive discomfort though.
Is this a Herxheimer effect by any chance?
