OT - This is the biggest forum on this website.

After quickly looking, the ulcerative colitis forum has the most topics and the most posts when compared to all other forums. What does that tell us, if anything.

I also noticed there is no off-topic section, i.e. political discussion, movie/TV section, etc.

When I first came here in 2011, it had about half the views. I started typing, the views doubled.

Just saying...

It also tells me that we are not just the "unlucky" few who have a hard time responding to treatments and achieving remission. It tells me we are the normal and not the exception. Just about anything you read about UC labels it a chronic lifelong disease and that the only "cure" is surgery. To me that means the average person does not easily attain remission.

I came here for UC. I stay to see what Somedude says.

off-topics are short and sweet.......and get revived periodically.

And you sure as hell know that a political discussion section will never happen. Bad enough when the Dude gets going on that topic when he gets the opportunity.
