Aguy-
So youre sold on navy beans still? Remember f factor bars? I bought someof those on your account.... But you really think the beans help?
" f factor bars"
They pulled me out of a flare and the store nearby stopped stocking them. They were hard to put down, kind of like psyllium seed powder. Eating salmon 3 meals a day worked too but that became hard to put down.
Navy beans worked and I rapidly tapered and GP said anemia could be defeated by eating dark chicken meat etc. I was not thrilled with the beans so I abandoned them. A month later I started slipping into a flare and accelerated it with bad behavior, ice cream, booze etc.
Now I dont try to wolf down a can of beans. No Sir I put them into grass fed beef chili and I love to eat them. Chili has lots of vitamin A which recently was shown to control gut inflammation.
This go around I am not gassy, probably because of nuclear devastation then repopulation with VSL3. But I just go with a small side with melted butter alongside morning eggs. Dairy is out as is most grains. Lots of olive oil and vitamin A.
If I stop the bean for 2-3 days I notice because my diet is high in protein ( shown to thin mucosal layer ) and I have bad cheat foods. RS is shown to thicken the layer.
Yes - I am sold on RS aspect of Navy beans. Go easy at first if gassy, should be temporary.
To avoid drowsiness post prednisone I take yohimbine HCI ( vasodilator ) and 1,3 dimethylamylamine ( vasoRESTRICTOR ) which has been banned but REALLY helps so I ordered 400 more pills from a supplier not yet sold out.
Neither of these nor the cherry coke I am drinking now give me urgency because Navy Beans thicken my 'shield'.
