I just wanted to say I do appreciate the moderators on here. 

Volunteering has its personal rewards and external annoyances. 

Especially online, one can easily mis-interpret with others say and vice-versa. 

I think the decision to close the first thread was appropriate and it's probably better to keep it safe than sorry.

garylouisville mentioned it in passing and I don't think I've seen anyone raise it as a real objection here, but just to head it off at the pass: There is no such thing as a First Amendment protection of free expression applicable to private actors, such as privately funded websites like this. The federal constitution, including the First Amendment, applies to GOVERNMENT actors. Anyone who raises this objection on a message board is just showing how little they understand the law.

I went into more detail in the locked thread and lost all my writing when I tried to post it. (I had been writing it at the moment the thread was locked). I'm not going to go into more detail here unless requested, but if requested I would be glad to explain the continuum of protected speech to unprotected speech.

Thanks everyone. But while everyone appreciates a nod of appreciation, like I stated in my last thread, I do not do this for acknowledgement. I truly care for people and I try to do what I can. No thanks needed.
