Anyone never been in the hospital due to UC?

Never been in the hospital for UC.

I have been to the hospital multiple times because of ulcerative colitis. Mostly due to ignorance. I don't go to the hospital anymore. I never got any help and always felt sicker when I came back home. I was never hospitalized though. I could go at any time since I'm flaring and it really sucks since my medications aren't really helping all that much but it's not like there's a cure hidden at the local hospital... More likely to acquire lung infections and blood clots than get any relief from my symptoms.

i went to the er only to expedite getting to see a gi - I said no thanks to staying -

i was in the hospital only once for UC and it was for 5 days. I had a huge flare up after giving birth to my daughter last year.
