Best doctors in NJ/NY?

Anyone have any good recommendations for a good (best!) doctor in the NJ/NY area? I know a lot of people recommend Mt Sinai in NY, which I may consider even though I'm in central NJ. Any particular doctor there?

Also anybody as good in NJ instead of trekking all the way up to NY?

When I lived in NJ, I saw Dr. Katz in Highland Park. I had mostly good experiences with him and he was very good about emergency appointments.
