From my understanding, honey is 55% fructose. Even though the SCD permits it, many people react to it, including myself. There was a study that said that up to 40% of IBD patients have some form of fructose intolerance. Besides, historically speaking, honey was a rare delight for our ancestors, they had to work very hard to get it.
I'd eliminate all fruits and go with easily to digest and cooked veggies. There are no nutrients in fruits that you can't find in veggies.
