Should i go to the ER?

I went to the ER last month and they said if you get fevers, blood in stools, and headaches. Come back. So far, I have all those symptoms and I called my doctor and she said " don't go" and im confused. I think I really need to go.. cause it isn't stopping this time. There is a lot of pains. I really don't know if I should wait till Monday to see my doctor.. or just take a mezalamine enema... I don't know...

Im new to this diagnosis and Ulcerative colitis.. so I really don't know what to do...

Personally - from my past experience if you can go to the hospital and get treatment I would if you feel it's bad. Why suffer through till Monday. Specially if there is pain or fever. I've learn't not to screw around with pain. When it comes on - I go to the hospital if I can't get right into my GI. For me pain is always a precursor to a very bad flare.

Others and yourself may be different - but heck.. why not deal with it sooner rather than later.
