How did you get rid of your hemmies?

Hello everyone. I need some advice about hemmoroids.
I had a big flare 2 years ago. My immune system totally broke down after a severe pneumonia therefore i got a few months later lots of diarrhea, fever, lumps of legs, unbearable cramps and well my first hemmoroids! They cracked and took almost 6 weeks to heal.
When i went to the hospital doc laugh at me saying they were so small and will go away with some anusol.
Well 2 years later still have the lumps... still itchy like hell! I tried anusol cream and enemas without real success only small relief. And of course having 2-3 bowel movements a day doesnt help the healing.
My colitis is in the first 30 centimeters of my rectum wich probably doesnt help too!
I believe also those hemmies are giving me thin BM instead of well formed.
I tried to wash carefully and wipe with baby wipes to make sure there are no remains.
However im a bit hopeless.

ahah well thanks ill get those prescribed! Well the doc was in the hallway looking at his laptop when they put me in the room and he didnt even wanted to close the door. But hey that was really a strange experience and i know its one in a million!

I got a ton of mileage out of Analpram. I don't know how bad my hemmies were, but I was sure unable to sit. I got samples from my GI and in just a pack of 6 boxes, I was done (but my GI gave me another pack of 6 boxes and asked me to continue).
