not feeling well with remicade

I'm not sure what's going on but I had my 3rd infusion of remicade a week ago and I'm so tired all the time I can hardly function. I'm also very depressed and not interested in anything at all. My chest hurts and I don't really leave the house and have not gone back to work but worry constantly and feel all around unwell. I'm starting to worry it's the remicade. What does one do if they are having sever depression as a side effect from remicade?

I take tylenol, benydryl and some kind of steroid right before infusion. talking to my doctor is difficult on short notice but I was thinking of calling the nurses at the infusion clinic or bioadvance people...tired of feeling awful.
