Real Food Resistant Starch

I made navy bean teriyaki tonight for dinner over cold rice.
The only way I have made good baked plantain chips is to use a lot of coconut oil, don't cut them too thin and bake very hot, 450 degrees. We tend to make baked tostones rather than chips.

I hardly get any gas at all. Not complaining about it, but maybe a clue, eh? I sorta stopped getting gas when I went on a low carb diet, a few years before developing UC.

I don't experience pain or bloating either. Not complaining about that either, just realize that it's not typical.

I've been able to say for the most part that "my crap don't stink!" LOL for sure! It's only when I start to experience a little more form to my stools, which happens only periodically, that I get some odor. Oddly enough it often has a pine scent to it. I've been assuming that the lack of odor is probably not good, probably due to some kind of lack of good bugs in my colon.
