Back in a mini flare.

Seems like since I ate those two slices of whole wheat bread I'm back in a mini flare and frustrated trying to get back to normal again. =( I'm having D 1-2 times a day, but this time the flare is a bit different because I don't only have abdominal pain after meals and before a BM but it seems to pop up constantly throughout the day! Right now I'm sitting here trying to study but I'm in pain the entire time!! I was doing so well before that, I was 90% out of my flare!! I had absolutely no D, blood and no abdominal pain at all!

I'm cutting out gluten from my diet, want to see how it goes for 30 days. Now that I'm back onto my UC diet I feel so sluggish and grumpy all the time. I'm doing the 4 tablets and one enema per day, I hope I get back into remission soon.

I was actually always fine with bread until this second flare of mine. It's taking me forever to get out compared to my first flare!

PathogenKiller, what are DPPIV enzymes and where do you get them? I've been having lots of stomach pain with bloating. Do the enzymes help with this sort of pain? I know I am having a small flare. No blood, but lots of pain and bloating.
