Who else takes Psyllium Seed powder daily (not husk powder)???...I've been taking the following drink every morning for a month now and am loving the results.
1TBSP of Psyllium Seed powder (not husk powder)
1 Heaping TBSP of Slippery Elm Bark
Probiotic of your choice (I am taking Floracor-GI, but use whatever works for you)
Mix in a 1-2 cups of warm water
Results weren't immediate, but within a few weeks, the psyllium seed really started working its magic. I think the whole combo is very synergistic...first the slippery elm bark helps protect the probiotic from stomach acid, second the psyllium seed and probiotic work together since I believe probiotics eat psyllium seed and spit out butyrate which is good for our colons.
