Hi MrsSdot
Welcome to the forum. I, too, find that I feel better when I eat small meals through the day and nothing for a few hours before bedtime.
If I'm going out for several hours of errands and shopping, I find it better to eat a substantial meal for breakfast (including protein). Stays with me longer so that I'm not tempted to grab an unhealthy sugar snack along the way.
Yogurt is good but I think taking a probiotic supplement is better.
I take Nexabiotics (21 strains) every day and Jarrow Saccharomyces Boulardii+MOS from time to time to change things up.
Flavored yogurt usually contains a lot of sugar so I've been eating plain Greek yogurt and mixing in fruits such as strawberries and kiwis. Delicious!
Hope this info is helpful.
