Hi I can't use them if I'm in a flare or just out of one as it makes my diarreha worse..

But every now and then I eat yoghurt with live bacteria in it.
I eat gippsland.

I drink Khombucha tea and occasionally eat Kefir. Apparently live bacteria are better than the form in capsules.
