Is it just too difficult to squeeze it out of the nozzle? Has he tried a practice run of squeezing some test goo in the the garbage or sink or anything? I know my crinkly salofalk enemas took some getting used to. I've never felt it too full to get the goo in....even after not pooping for a day or two...the goo just goes in. Sounds like more of an equipment failure. Sometimes I need to two hand squeeze the enema to get it started, then it would flow much easier. Seems like sometimes the enemas are packed tightly, or two much of the lube stuff kinda blocks the
opening, sometimes it requires a good squirt. I always squirt it out in the garbage until I see the medicine goo come out, not just the lube stuff, then I lay down and get friendly with the enema
