Today Morning after 40 mins after having a normal BM (there were no visible blood), I felt to release gas and when I tried(Strained) the gas expelled with a little watery stool which made my underwear wet.
I rushed to the rest room and I opened my bowel, watery stools/mucus at the start and then tons of gas and then some small semisolid to solid stools(not well formed) but coated with mucus. There were some undigested food materials floating(possibly the residue of belvita biscuit I had).
The toilet tissue contained stickiness due to the mucus.

I'm not bloated but I feel my rectum is full and kind of stickiness in the rectum..

I feel the disease is active in the rectum but could it be above as well? I'm wondering because I have been using the Entocort enema for almost 3 months. So, is it that my body system is becoming Entocort resistant?

Most UC'rs find that they have to treat their condition from both ends, both oral and rectal. Rectal meds only go up so far whereas oral meds can reach what the rectals don't.

I'm also taking Pentasa granules 4g (2g after breakfast and 2g after dinner)
Entocort nightly before bed.

I've found it almost impossible to tell, based on symptoms, where my disease is currently active.

about the only thing I am pretty sure of is that if I have bright red blood on the TP it means it is active pretty distally (rectum and maybe distal sigmoid). Any blood on the stool itself is pretty much a crapshoot where it is coming from, IMO. If I have blood on the stool but not on the TP, I think this seems to indicate disease further up and not in the left side (rectum, sigmoid, descending areas).

I came to this conclusion after having two colonoscopies three months apart where I had been tracking my exact symptoms and comparing them to colonoscopy reports.
