If doctors said, "sorry guy's but this whole time the cure is greasy pizza, and beer". What would everyone be doing this afternoon?

I already am able to eat lightly sauced pizza without too much greasy or fibrous toppings.

So I'm with Dr-A... Id already be cured!

That's a treatment I could really get into. In this case I would even be okay using it as maintenance.

As long as I take a lot of DAO before eating, pizza doesn't bother me but, it hasn't cured me either.

Thanks to you , Ivan eat plain cheese pizza if I take a DOA capsule.

Ate 6 slices last night , no problems.

Doesn't make sense! I can eat pizza but not fresh fruits & veggies!

Welcome to my world. I can eat the pizza but also have problems with fruits and raw vegetables. By the way, fruits are high in histamines, as are certain veggies. The riper the fruit, the more histamines are in it. Unfortunately, I rarely eat fruits with meals (when I take my DAO). I usually eat them for snacks or desserts. I always forget to take DAO at dessert or snack time but, theoretically, if your problem is histamines, you could take some DAO before ingesting fruits and not have a problem, just like the pizza. Sometimes I take several DAO capsules when I know I am eating very high histamine foods. You might want to give that a shot.
