Colon needs GPS or maybe dance instructor

Chronic C, basically my whole life. Two weeks ago, started having multiple small soft bms a day for about a week. Then nothing. Then 16 bms in one day (not a record setter for many of you, but for me, that's like a couple of months worth). Then nothing. Called GI doc. Increased laxatives and this morning, drank 1/2 gallon bowel prep (SO tasty!). Nothing happened, but feel sick, bloated, cramps, tons of gurgling. Have to drink other 1/2 tomorrow unless a miracle happens tonight. Gotta call GI doc Mon. And if nothing changes, Will then do test to rule out C. Diff., as i was recently on antibiotics.

Had manometry testing done 3-4 weeks ago. Began last ditch effort at biofeedback (again) last week. Apparently, muscles are really really weak, sensation is worse than poor, and coordination of muscles--not happening in this body.

So, i'm thinking too much today. Decided maybe i will get a GPS thingy implanted in my colon, or hire a dance instructor to teach my muscles to do a routine. If that doesn't work, perhaps something simple, like that track/rope lighting (like they have at movie theaters, leading to the exit) and a bright neon EXIT sign!!

Then, i guess if those things don't work, i'll go with the whole removing of the parts, re-routing the plumbing, and a bag.

Until then, any other ideas on directing traffic in my guts is welcomed.

Makes me think of a story I heard about the other day:

Vibrating capsule found to help with constipation

Wow!! That sounds awesome!!! Thanks for sharing the info with me. Sure wish it was available right now, can't take much more of the bowel prep and other things that do nothing other than make me feel sick and keep me prisoner in my apartment. (just a bit frustrated right now).

But looks like there is some hope for a dance routine in my colon after all.

Sign me up.

Have a feeling that my "issues" are to numerous and complicated to be solved by some vibration, but you never know, right?
