yeah, just try easy to digest foods. that's different for everyone, but do you have any "safe foods?" i would have chicken broth, roast chicken, jello, dry curd cheese, whey protein, apple sauce, yogurt/kefir, any other meats or fish, eggs. i'd keep it low fiber if you haven't been eating much lately.
