Yes, I have UC, Yes it's untreated for 4 years. "Check with doctor", "Check with GI". none of these please. Just got insurance to go to a doctor and now losing my job because of hour cut back....

My problem with UC is No D. I just have anal leakage (feces) and I've always felt like my BM were never finished. And it feels like there's a lump, hymriod, or what ever in my lower colon. Today I did get a case of D after eating a bad diet and I kept pushing. It felt like whatever it was was squeezing itself out. It was irritation, hurt to wipe, and I used hymriod meds..... Is this a hymriod or should I be concerned about CC? I have lumps on my inner thighs and a lump on upper back neck (right) 3 inch beside the ear. Am I putting to much thought into CC or C?

Being without a Doc I've put to much thought into him saying "untreated UC has a 50/50% rate of developing cancer untreated within 5 years. With this thought in my head I feel like I'm drained, like I'm getting weaker and weaker. Is there a simple test you can have to see if you have C?

Sidenote. Past two weeks my stools have been normal, but very skinny. And today it's like giving birth to a baby, I finally released the thing within my colon, used hymriod cream and stuff, and it's been bleeding every wipe. :/

There is a diagnostic test to see whether you have hidden blood in your poop ("occult blood" means hidden bleeding). You take the kit home and put your poop in a little plastic vial and send it off to the lab. I'm not sure whether you can buy this test over-the-counter or not, mine was prescribed through my doctor. if they find blood it doesn't mean you have cancer but if you do you need a colonoscopy to see what's going on in there. No blood however does not mean you don't have colon cancer. Blood can be also hemmeroids as you stated.

Generally the only way to determine if you have colon cancer or even show pre-cancerous polyps is to have a colonoscopy where the doctor takes biopsies.

If you have low income it would be fairly cheap and worth the peace of mind to get a health insurance policy just to get a colonoscopy done. Choose a plan with no deductible and pay it long enough to get a colonoscopy. If your income is low enough your insurance plan may be almost or actually free. Just make sure to get one with no deductible, start with "silver" plans.

Have you ever been diagnosed with Proctitis, which affects the lower rectum area. It causes severe swelling at the lower rectum making it extremely difficult to pass stool, first sign is the narrowing size of the stool.. I got so inflamed that no stool would pass and all I got was seepage and blood. In retrospect, I had this years before I was diagnosed and just thought it was hemorrhoids, but it was Proctitis ( plus aggravated the hemorrhoids). I had to go on liguid/soup diet and it did clear. You will produce less stool, so less irritation so the rectum can heal.
Now I am on Lialda pills and the Canasa Suppositories. I also use SITZ bath, alternating warm soaks and ice cold ones. I hope you can get some medical care soon!!

The cancer rate is no where near that high for untreated UC after only 5 years. There is probably no increased risk in that short a time.

I am sorry to say it but if you're worried, there is only one way to get answers and that is to go to a doctor. I know that's not the answer you want to hear but, we can all sit around speculating on your condition and giving you the good, bad and the ugly, the truth is, until you get looked at, you can't know what is going on or how to treat it. Without insurance it's going to be tough. Can you go to the doctor before your insurance runs out? How about getting COBRA just for the month so you can get things managed? Have you been diagnosed? Do you have any medications on hand that you can use? Maybe steroid suppositories woudl help? Skinny stools are a sign of rectal inflammation, as is the feeling of having to go. Sounds like typical UC stuff but you seem very concerned about CC so you should get checked out. Do you have blood in your stools? That's also common with UC.
