Are you using rectal meds? How is the pred doing for you, have your symptoms decreased? I am on 6mp and dealing with inflammation too... Uceris helped me a lot as far as symptoms go but it's not a long term solution.

Also going through a moderate flare right now, it sucks.

I wish my doctor would just prescribe me Prednisone so I can start feeling better. He usually starts me off at 40mg too. I also take Remicade but I guess my stress levels outweighed medication.

Gotta do a flex-sig next week before he will give me any medicine.

Yeah I go to work. Come in around 11 though and leave at 7. Told my boss I'm dealing with a serious health issue, he's cool as long as I get my work done.

I also take immodium and klonopin everyday before I leave the house, that reduces bathroom trips significantly during the day.

It is so bizarre what we do to make it through the day while flaring.

Once when I was having a flare, I would give myself an enema before leaving the house (to empty as much as possible) I would take immodium, gas-x, tylenol, and carry another pair of undies with me.
