I usually buy my psyllium seed powder from

but they is out, with no known arrival -

who do you all currently buy from ? (i did try to search but didn't have much luck)

i don't want to chance seeing my turds sinking to the bottom of the bowl - they look much happier floating leisurely on top :-)

A thread about pysllium seed powder!

Was just thinking to myself today what a fantastic supplement it is, since I have started using it, its made such a difference to me and it natural and side effect free! hurray!

No worries about skin cancer, pancreatitis, lynphoma, cancer etc, no problems sleeping any more!

I live in Scotland and its a nightmare getting it here. I can buy Psyllium seeds from a few places. They are extremely tough. I have a blendtech 25,000 rpm blender but even that only breaks up about half. Its a useful way of doing it if I cant get in anywhere else...

There is a supplier on Amazon based in German that sells seed powder so at the moment I am using them although its not cheap, its well well worth it!

yup, that's exactly why I don't live there - lack of psp availability ;-)

well, it's always hard for me when I have to make ANY kind of change - but you do what you gotta -

but I'm thinking I should pull the trigger sooner than later in case there is a potential world wide shortage -

definitely don't want to try the partially powdered seeds skewering my delicate rectumus !

I could always order the 50 gallon/ whatever litre drum and send you some ????

I buy whatever is cheapest after delivery charges. I usually buy ten pounds at a time and keep it in my freezer.
