Some people with IBD don't have elevated CRP or ESR rates even while flaring, so just keep that in mind if you do decide to get the tests. My CRP is a really good indicator of how inflamed I am though, so my GI likes to check mine to see how bad I'm flaring.
I think if you choose to ask for the tests, it would be a good marker to compare if you get tested again, like Levi said. Right now they might not mean much unless I guess they are really elevated. For me if my CRP is really high I know that I need to do something serious to get my disease back under control.
The enemas won't affect the tests per say, but if they are reducing inflammation then it would just reflect a reduction in your inflammation levels.
