The really, really, really down side to Mac seems to be this constant autocorrect that I can't figure out how to disable... It changes things without you noticing.
Like Saturday I sent out an email auto reply to inform people I was helping a relative move to a "Jew" apartment and they would not be able to reach me for the day... Obviously I thought I typed "new"... but apparently it substituted. The responses were pretty amusing though.
So that's my only nitpic. And fixing the change to get it to finally say what you want can be extra crazy annoying as it keeps wanting to revert to what "it" thinks is best. And it somehow remembers and occasionally uses spelling mistakes. It's just weird. This is the thing I hate the most.
So there are some negatives. And this one is a big negative. Maybe I'll google disabling autocorrect on Mac, or autofill words. I'm sure there's a way and that I just don't understand how to work with it yet.
EDIT - I use quickbooks as well on my mac. It's cheap and easy with the internet quickbooks version - accessible from any computer, pc or mac. This was a concern for me at first prior to making a switch.
