Mark: Certain antibiotics are anti-inflammatory, has been know for years,but they may not know all pathways
or only a few. This should get you started,if you wish to look into it more.
That a bad thought,if you stop the antibiotics the symptoms return,is it the anti-inflammatory properties of the antibiotics that causes the remission.
Couple years back,I was on cipro for 37 days,to see if it would fix prostatitis,while on the cipro felt ok,once off
it returned worse. But I had none bacterial prostatitis,so the only effect was the anti-inflammatory effect.
PS: Prostatitis is nasty.
