To feel uncomfortably bloated while sitting. Just a really uncomfortable swollen feeling? I have 0% pain so I shouldn't worry right?

I'm taking 800mg asacol twice daily and it doesn't seem to help much.

I think "uncomfortable bloating" counts as pain.
Your asacol dose is well below the therapeutic level.
