Where to buy in China, Shanghai - Psyllium Seed Husk and VSL#3

I would contact the maker of VSL #3 http://www.vsl3.com/ perhaps they could tell you.

Psyllium husk should be able to be obtained at a pharmacy or supermarket. I obtained mine from a western style supermarket called Ole (forgot its location but could be Lu Jia Zui district).

VSL #3 should be able to be shipped to you from the U.S. Alternatively, you can ask your local chemist if they can order in stock for you. Worse case scenario is u can use a freight forwarder. VSL technically needs to be chilled to be effective but it can last 7 days without refrigeration and still be fine.
