I'd recommend Gin as a fairly safe choice, particularly London Dry Gin. It's usually triple distilled, so any sugars, gluten or anything else that might cause a problem is pretty much removed. I have it with Club Soda or Sparkling Water usually, a bit dull but it does the job.
Dry White Wine is also ok with me, the drier the better. Fruitier whites cause minor issues, but absolutely bone dry wines like French Chablis are no problem at all (although not cheap so an occasional treat).
Have had problems with Whisky, Beer, Brandy, Red Wine though, so I avoid them all.
