Entyvio side effects

Hi guys, I've been on Entyvio for about 12 weeks, and it's still not put me in remission, and some days are worst than others, but I was able to come off of the pred. so that is a plus. Also, my bloodwork came back, and my GI says things are looking really good.

My question to those that are on it, what sort of side effects have you expereinced?

I didn't notice any side effects after my initial infusion, but starting with my second and continuing with my third, I've noticed a few. For one I get a lot of random aches in my legs and arms, as well as joint pain. I didn't contribute this to the Entyvio at first, I do workout a good bit, but this was a different pain. The more it happened, the more I researched and seen this was a side effect.

I've also been extremely tired. I am usually the type of person that can stay up late, and get up early with no problems, but lately I've been struggiling big time, and most morning I sleep through my alarm and only get up at the last possible minute. It's been a real drag, and really frustrating.

Those seem to be my main issues, besides the continued UC problems. IS anyone elses having these side effects?

The fatigue is something I wasn't expecting, and didn't really link the two until recently. It's seemes to have gotten worse since my third infusion, and it seems to be a struggle. I was always quick to blame this on my workouts, but I've taken almost two week off from my workouts, do to pullng a muscle in my back, and it seems like I am even more tired. Glad I am not alone, and I am curious how many others have this. I brought it up last time I was in, and they said they hadn't heard of this. Perhaps people aren't making the connection yet.

I also had the headaches, but during my last infusion they added more fluid, which seems to have stop those.

Here too-exhaustion. Wasn't' sure how much was from the flare, which got worse during the 10 weeks she made it on Entyvio.

I've been on Entyvio since August. Only side effect is fatigue. I'm pretty much a zombie by about 9pm.
