Don't forget that everyone's different and what works for me may not work for you but here's what I've discovered for me: Paleo was a complete fail. I need sticky goopy gluten to thicken up the poop. I can eat white bread, white rice, white noodles- no whole wheat, no grains, no seeds. White or sweet potatoes, carrots, zuccini, bell peppers, all well cooked. Homemade oatmeal, homemade baked goods like banana bread, oatmeal muffins etc. fruit is really hard for me, so far all I can handle is banana and cooked, peeled apples. No raw veg no raw fruit. No fruit juice either (instant diarrhea). I'm also lactose intolerant but I can eat lactose free cheeses, Parmesan and butter. I don't do spices well, garlic is a huge trigger. I don't eat out...I don't eat prefab things, any weird preservative or carageenan is hit or miss so I just avoid it. I also take psyllium capsules with meals, I find this helps solidify the poop.
