mucus only stools late at night and early morning

i have been having this every night and morning...anyone else? what can be done...

There's only one thing that can be done as far as I know and that is getting the disease under control, which cuts down on mucus production.

Mucous can also be cause by IBS as well...What meds are you on turnpkegates? Are you using rectal meds at all? They can be quite beneficial in aiding with mucous caused by your UC.

Yes, when I'm flaring, and I don't like it at all. Of all the things UC causes the mucus is one of the things that bothers me the most. Getting UC under control makes the mucus go away for me.

Night time and when I wake up is always the worst for me and only time I have urgency and can't hold, I don't know what it is about
that time but it just seems like the "witching hour" for UC.

Rectal meds. Any mucous for me means I need to up the rectal meds.
