Quick update on this
Based on some further info from OM, stuff I dug up and the MAP thread and such:
I decided to change what I am taking to the following:
Reduce WOO/Thyme to 1 gel cap twice daily.
Increase Imuran back up to 150 mg/daily
Add 10,000 IU of Vitamin A twice daily
Add 5,000 IU of liquid Vitamin D3 twice daily
Add 1 teaspoon (4,365 mg) liquid fish oil twice daily
In the morning I take everything minus the Imuran and at night I take everything and add the Imuran all at the same time.
The result after roughly 2+ weeks has been no short of miraculous. 1x a day really solid, firm poop after 2 weeks. No mucus, no blood, no discomfort, no urgency, no D. I have also watched my diet and stayed away from known trigger foods.
Just perfect now. Excited to go see my GI next week and see what he thinks of it. I think this week coming up I should drop to taking a Vitamin A supplement once a day perhaps.
Side note: I dropped all probiotics as I felt at this point they were no longer needed. Been off them for 2+ weeks now. I want to see if I can let my ummmm natural flora take over now, haha. So far so good.
EDIT: The main difference between now and a few weeks ago was before I was always two or more times a day even though solid - now once a day and not right away as soon as I wake up, sometimes it's more an hour or two after I awake which is something I have not experienced in many, many years. The other day I literally woke up, went to go get a coffee and such and then hit the can a little while after i returned. Crazy. Hope it lasts.
