A little OT, but what do you mean when you keep referring to Chemo? 6MP? There are a few drug developed for cancers, but UCers use them at very low doses. And don't worry about your trial answers right now, you are feeling stressed and fearful of the next step. Take care of you...the drug companies will surely take care of themselves.
Actually, pred or any immunosuppressive regimen can be considered "chemo". I also believe imuran and 6mp were once used as chemo treatments, though now we have lasers that all but destroy the body. Mtx is the worst of the worst.
I know that prednisone is used currently as part of some chemo treatments. As such, she would be pretty accurate in calling it that.
