c-diff in 1 year old

My daughter finished her 10 day antibiotic. I don't feel like she has improved actually her diarrea has came back.since her diagnosis it's seems the only time she got better was while on the antibiotics. Has anyone been through this or is knowledgeable about c .diff the Dr seems to be taking it lightly b what r treatment options any info please thanks
