citro mag question

i have a colonoscopy tomorrow and i have to use citro mag as a part of the prep. it says the full dose is one bottle, which i understand but i dont get how it's taken . you just drink the whole bottle in one go?

chug chug chug. Better slap yourself in the face a few times and get psyched out. lol

Done it lots of times. Chill it first.

My instructions were to sip it slowly over an hour and drink lots of something else (water, clear juice) also. I had to drink two bottles though, so your instructions are somewhat different.

I also used it for my prep, drank the first bottle in about 25 minutes followed by a litre of Gatorade. I think the second bottle was 6 hours later. I chugged that one, drank both with a straw and chilled them before I drank them. I found it to be way too sweet for my taste. Good luck!
