FMT doubt about quantity of FMT enema

What is the recommended dose of FMT enema. Some place say 60ml and other places say 240 ml. Very confused. Today my daughter took 240ml and was able to hold it for 2 hrs. After 2 hours she had her BM and complained of tummy pain.

What is the recommended position? We did 1st 10 mins on left side and 2nd 10 times on elevated back and 3rd 10 times on right side. Have I missed any position?

It is around 250 ml.
