Water for me, that's what I drink more than anything, I'll usually have a cup (maybe 2) of coffee/day most days but I'll skip days of coffee too here and there (and don't notice any difference) once in a blue moon I'll have a pop (soft drink/soda as American's refer to it lol) but those days are pretty rare and I have to really crave it which doesn't happen often, maybe a few times or less a year...but water is my main source of hydration for sure.

Water, Juice, Milk and some soda is pretty much it. I used to be a huge coffee drinker prior to UC, but I have noticed that coffee is really bad on my stomach, I think it has to do with it being so acidic rather than the caffeine. If I have to have caffeine in the morning I will usually grab a Mountain Dew and drink half of it rather than drink coffee anymore. I will drink coffee from time to time but I have noticed if I do it daily I will pay for it later down the road. I can also have a beer occasionally, but that is another thing that has to be done in moderation and only rarely as well. One beer a day will only last me about
a week until I start to struggle. Tea I have no issues with either, I'm just not much of a tea drinker is the only problem.

Water almost exclusively. I will sometimes treat myself to tea or coffee, but try to avoid coffee as it worsens my symptoms

Caffeine bothers some, therefore they choose to avoid it. Same goes with alcohol. Key thing with uc is everyone reacts different, so listen to your body and watch your symptoms.
I haven't found a drink that bothers my uc. I drink tea, milk, water, juice, occasional beer (about
2 in a week), and the occasional soda as a treat.

Water, Coconut water, tea, Chamomile tea. I think I am going to have to stop drinking coffee as I have noticed it doesn't really like me, even one cup a day isn't good for me.

Fortunately I haven't been able to find anything I can't drink. Except when I'm flaring. Then even water sits heavy in my stomach and causes symptoms.

Water, iced tea, chai tea and hot teas mostly. Sometimes I have juice but I'd say 80% of the time I drink water. I get water delivery of spring water so it's always cold and tastes good.

Water, ginger tea, coconut water in the summer, kombucha tea....and when all is well with my tummy I do like a little wine. I have tried the coffee thing so many times and we just can't work it out. It kills me but as long as I can have wine now and then, I'll let the coffee go.

I have a cup of de cafe coffee in the morning, Apple juice that's deluted with with water for lunch, then water the rest of the day.
I love coffee but now I can't drink it during the day, thanks to this UC!

Coffee in the morning - yes it gives me D but I don't care, I've given up to much to this disease I refuse to give up my coffee :) And nothing but water after about
11am. Well okay, on occasion I will drink a decaf green tea or Sleepy time time in the evening but that is very rarely.

Lots of water, aloe vera juice (sometimes flavored varieties), Cherry juice, pomegranate juice, carrot juice, hot apple juice with a cinnamon stick, hot hibiscus and Ensure vanilla powder on bad days.

Warm water mostly. A bit of elderflower cordial or other high quality cordial. OK with de-caff coffee. I used to drink a lot of herbal teas but started looking into their properties and decided not so great. Quite a few of them can depress cortisol or thyroid function for instance. A lot have liquorice flavouring which is a bit of a laxative. Non organic ones may have a lot of pesticide. Really miss black tea but seems to be one of my worst trigger substances.
Dull but cheap!

Great question.
Coffee in the morning, only if not flaring.
Water all day long, sometimes hot and never cold.
Occasionally green tea or black tea.
No dairy.
No juice except for carrot juice every so often.
