iPoop and DMC, I take 2ml of Cordychi extract per day. Additionally, I pop a couple of pills of the Raw Gluten-free support twice a day. Occasionally I take Berberine (Candibactin) when I remember to do so, mostly because it's around.
I continue to take Humira weekly, but before my healing breakthrough I was flaring every 4-5 days despite it. I can hardly say it was helping me.
It should be noted that I was someone who could make it down to 5mg of prednisone, so taking Cordychi is the perfect substitute.
I also have a minimal amount of dysbiosis. I've tried all sorts of diets to snuff it out, but I had to come to peace with understanding that the "bad bugs" will always be there. My new approach is to crowd them out with probiotics and I think that's working.
Stress management is also key for me. Everything else can be in place, but if I'm stressed all may be lost.
