Is anyone else battling extreme exhaustion? I am tired 24/7 and many times feel fluish. I try to eat enough but I'm so tired its difficult honestly. I Am guessing this is my UC but who knows? I've been this way about a year. Does humira exhaust you? I don't know what direction to go on this but it sucks a lot just seeing if anyone else hAs it

I go through periods of extreme exhaustion. There are times where I end up taking 2-3 naps during the day and still going to bed early. Even taking provigil there are times where I still end up needing a nap during the day.

For me it seems like I battle the extreme exhaustion for several months to 1-2 years then at some point I get back to being close to normal. I seem to be in a mid phase right now.

Mine does not appear to be related to either the medication I am on or if I am flaring.

some people do have fatigue on Humira. Some find it gets less over time. This would be in addition to any weariness that flaring and having chronic health concerns put on the table.

Chrissy...have you had your B12, iron and vitamin D checked?

I would assume it's a combo as well of the Humira, having kids and working...I'm exhausted thinking about it.

Do make sure you check in with your doctor and get proper testing to rule out anything suspect with fatigue as a symptom.

I am always exhausted. Actually i got a b12 shot recently and started entyvio and i feel like my energy level has improved the past few days. I really hope it keeps up. I sort of feel like a normal person might feel for the first time in years. I am going to the toilet more often of course :) Have you seen any improvement with humira? I know you weren't feeling so well a week or two ago.

Thanks guys. Haha Quincy it is insanity. I don't know i handle it. I am gonna tell my dr about it and see about some blood work

In general humira has helped but im still flaring pretty good. Honestly it's so annoying. Just constant bleeding sucks too can't be good but yeah.glad I'm not alone in this. I can't tell if I got more tired on humira or not. I'll see what my dr thinks. Blah!!! Thanks for the responses tho I do appreciate

Get your iron checked. After one of my blood tests my doctor discovered my hemoglobin was really low so he told me to take iron supplements. Complete turnaround.

Ok yeah maybe my levels are low. I hope that's what the cause is truly

Even with my anemia mostly in check - I napped constantly while flaring!

Exhaustion is something I still deal with now but I blame depression.

Embers- do you still flare after surgery? Yeah I have depression and anxiety too. I stress really easily :((
