I searched through the board but didn't find anyone on UC forum, hence the post.
Just went out for 10 minutes without gloves (25F, little windy), to spray windshield defroster on both the cars and my fingers went numb. As it is, my toes swell in winter and must keep warm to be manageable and now this. My fingers went blue, not completely but there was a tint. I wonder, if this is beginning of Raynaud's.
I am taking Verapamil for migraine, so the blood vessels are dilated. Not too sure what more I can take. I have lived in much colder temps than this, never had this problem before (and I hate using gloves so this is not the first time walking out for 10 minutes without gloves).
Any insight?
