Just a few things good and worrysome

I haven't had a cold or been sick in months and months!! Normally I come down with something virus wise.

I go to Mayo in a month! Yippy!

For 6 months now when I lay down to sleep my hands and feet tingle, swell a little and hurt. The joint in my fingers ache and I can't bend them. My elbows hurt.

It's worrysome to me! It's been gradual. Staring with heal pain when I lay down now my whole foot hurts when I walk in the morning. AFter about 10 mins things go away and I'm ok. But the minute I lay down, sure as anything, the pins and needles start in my hands and work it's way down to my feet.

Has anyone experienced this before?

No new meds. Just on Lialda. 3-4 a day depending if I spread them out.

Sounds a little restless leg syndrome like. Do you have any other symptoms? A few years ago I had severe joint pain but it was more focused on my knees. It hurt so much in any position and as much as it hurt to get up and move, once I did the pain went away after 10 minutes or so like you. It hurt so much those 10 minutes though and every other time. I also had red spots (like chicken pox) on my legs and arms. I was going to school at the time so I went to the clinic on campus. They kinda blew it off as separate problems. I told them they were connected, but they were like "well we're gonna treat them separately. Take zyrtec for the spots and aleve for the pain." They did a blood test but only checked for c reactive protein and like 1 other thing. Luckily this was right before Christmas break so once I got home I went to my primary doctor and as soon as I told him he was like "I think I already know what it is, but let's do a better blood test to find out." He ran some stuff and it turned out I had strep. Like strep throat. I never had a sore throat, but he said sometimes it does different things to your body. He said mine just traveled through my blood and lymph and caused the different symptoms. Put me on a steroid (not sure what one but it was 9 pills the first day, then 8, 7, 6, etc) and an antibiotic.

If this sounds similar to you then definitely go to your primary care doctor because mine said had it gone much longer I would have been in trouble. If not, I'd still check with your doctor cuz no one likes to be in pain!

One person suggest sugar levels might be off?? I take colostrum powder with just water, bought on amazon.
