I found a surprising amount of food and personal products have polysorbate 80, many I have used including sunblock and mouthwash (Act and Scope).

Next try is to search for items with carboxymethhylcellulose (sounds familiar--hope it's not in something I currently take, like a supplement).
edit to add: the gluten-free bread I eat, Udi's White, uses modified starch but does not say what kind which could be caboxymethylcellulose or not. Yes carboxym… is used in a lot of bread and ice cream and many foods and GRAS status (generally regarded as safe) by powers that be.
