Has anyone gone days with no gas? Im new to this and it seems all I am reading is people have too much gas. Anyone similar or have any helpful opinions. Thanks

I didn't have gas for a while. It was very weird. I swear, i didn't pass wind for a week. I am back to normal now, it comes and goes but it's definitely not severe. I think no gas is usually a good sign.

The average person farts 14 times a day. Could be something amiss. http://www.oddee.com/item_98612.aspx

Sometimes constipation can stop gas somehow

You might just fart in your sleep?

Gas is a sign of bacterial fermentation, so it is generally a good sign. I would only worry if it is excessive. Beans give me an insane amount of gas, but I think soaking them helps reduce it quite a bit.
