Thaï and indian food I love them both. I always have Thaï and indian Madras curry pasta at home as well as coconut milk and ginger roots. So, I can always cook something delicious. Of course other things are needed but with these on hand I can make something fairly good.
One herb I have to be careful with is Cilentro as it makes my bowel very active if I have too much. Well I would say I was over doing it with the Cilentro. I use to put Cilentro in so many things because I like it so much.
A inexpensive salade I make " no real Asian salade " is with goberge (Pollock Sticks), strawberries, raw spinach, cooked and cold shredded rice noodle and Cilentro. The sauce is only soya sauce tiny bit of wasabi and tiny bit of maple sirop.
