I was at the Royalton Hicacos in Varadero in September. Very nice resort with a perfect layout if you are in a wheel chair. There are ramps every where there are stairs and there is an elevators to go to the second floor where the buffet and restaurants are. I saw a couple persons in wheel chair and thet seemed to be repeated guests that must mean they found the resort well laid out.
It's a little expensive compare to some other resort but I fell it was worth it.

In Holguin I have also been to Playa Pesquero. And as I recall the layout of the resort would be ADA. Maybe, the layout is not as nice as the royal Hicacos ? I can't recall as good as the Royalton as it was 2 years ago. It's a little less expensive than the Royalton but still very nice. The staf was great at both places.
I'm curious why Cuba ? On my part it's realy for its peace, quit, safety and very nice people.
I'm active on a travel forum and as Cuba is a country much visited by Fench Canadian a lost of people know Cuba very well on that forum. I can gather a list of ADA adapted resorts in Cuba. There aren't many but there are some other than the one I just listed. Then you will have some places to go if you ever decide to.
