Remicade and elevated liver enzymes

Haven't posted in a while since Remicade has worked wonders and my colon looks "perfect" now after recent colonoscopy per GI. Unfortunately, after 8 months on Remi I have elevated liver enzymes 1.5-2 times elevated. This was found on a routine blood test. Never had elevations before. Some of the auto antibody tests have come back positive as well, ANA and p-anca. This tends to point to AIH, auto immune hepatitis, and I am very worried. Doctor is not so worried yet. Need more blood work results I guess. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this while taking Remicade.

I see you're also on Imuran. Imuran has been known to elevate liver enzymes too. I'd maybe try and see if you can cut that out first and see if that solves some of your problems.

I haven't updated my signature. I am off Imuran due to acute pancreatitis. Only meds now are Remicade 10 mgs every 8 weeks and pre natal vitamins. Nothing else.
